The expressway starts from the La Son intersection (Phu Loc district, Thua Thien-Hue) and concludes at the Tuy Loan interchange (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang City).
The total length of the La Son – Hoa Lien section is over 66 km, expanding transportation infrastructure, alleviating congestion, and enhancing travel efficiency.

The business responsible for the project is the BT Cam Lo – Tuy Loan Investment Company Limited, representing a consortium comprising reputable names such as Truong Son Construction Corporation, Van Tuong One-Member Limited Liability Company, Son Hai Group Limited Liability Company, and various other crucial partners.
The project utilizes funds from investors and loans from the Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank of Japan.
3. Contract Form:
The project is executed under the Build-Transfer (BT) contract model, ensuring economic viability and effectiveness.
